Wing Fix:
The butterfly wings must be in an "UP" or "V"
position in order for its wings to move. If one or both wings
are flat, the butterfly will appear to be defective when you
first take it out of the package.If so, unplug the butterfly,
gently press down in the middle of the wing and pop the wings
up to their creased position. On the package there is a diagram
on the inside of the front panel.
 Change
Wings Quickly:
To change the wings, first unplug the butterfly then pinch
the wing backwards while holding the bug body. the wing will
pop out from the grooves on the bug body. Take the new wing
while holding the bug body and again bend the wing backwards
so it fits back into the groves.Make sure the wings are in
the "V" or "UP position. Once you do this it
is very easy to do again.
Prevent Sun Damage:
Many people switch wings if they become faded or would like
to change their decoration. It is really fun to switch the
wings to different butterflies or to all the same species.
